Dear Sir / Madam,
If your mother in law had proper title to the properties after your father in law's demise, irrespective whether all the properties of your father were inherited by him or self acquired from his own resources, your mother in law has absolute right to transfer her title to all the properties to whomsoever she likes and deems fit. Your sister in law has no right in asking for equal share in all the properties.
