Dear Sir / Madam,
You should inform the tenant that if he fails to remove his / her belongings from the flat within 7 days, and if he / she fails to comply, you should :
a) either tell the local sweeper to take away all the belongings from your house or;
b) visit the nearest Police station, and request the constable on duty to call your tenant to immediately clear his belongings from your house.
Regards,
