Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
What are the termination rights of a party to a contract under the Indian Contract Act in the absence of a contractual right to terminate under the contract. For eg, if A & B have entered into a contract under which there are no termination rights for each party. In such a case what are the legal remedies available under the Act?
Could you also elaborate with one or two case laws?
