Hello there.iam syed.ferozullaha from hyderabad.my mom marriage was happend 1998.my father had a property in fatehdarwaza,charminar.HYD.before marriage my father's big brother said that all property belongs to basheerullah to my grand mother and grand father.so they agreed to marriage.but now when we asked my father's big brother he said that when we said to to you all property belongs to basheerullah and they are just ready to give 10 percent share in it.please say that what we should do now?

who is basheerullah ? as per law,all properties are equal divided to sons with daughters. you also approach to free legal aid in purani haveli .
