Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My touji was expire and he has no child they are five brother .but tayi ji want to give his propety one brother but at that time the property was not legaly at her .if we want to stop her for doing so. and what can we do for stop her.and in what way we get this property.

Dear Sir / Madam,
If your tauji has left behind a Will, then the beneficiary named in that Will can get the title of the property transferred to his / her name vide a Probate from the Court. If your tauji has died intestate (without a Will) then all the five brothers are entitled to an equal share of your tauji's property.
