When I travelling foam long distance can I tow a travel tent to take rest is it leagl in Indian law

Dear Sir / Madam,
Abiding by the provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, obtaining the approval of the vehicle by the RTO and obtaining a Tow Truck permit thereon, is advisable and recommended.
