Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
whether only the Transfer of property Act,1882 govern the Transfer of immovable property.
and in case of transfer movable property,whether Transfer of property Act 1882 will be applicable.

The T.P.A. is not applicable for transfer of any movable property. This Act is restricted to ONLY immovable property.

The Transfer of Property Act, 1882 does not apply to moveable property.
