Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
we have a trust registered in 1975 at charity commissioners office and thereafter every 3 years there is an election for electing new committee. Now some other people who are not even as our trust members are on committee as shown in schedule 1 of charity commissioners office, worli(mumbai). Now question arises, how did charity commissioner pass their change report without NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE of outgoing members. We have filed case in charity commissioners office, worli, but of no use because everything is managed and no one is listening to problem.Even the fraud committee has submitted forged rent receipt of trust premises whose original receipt is with us to charity office to show that premises is in their possession. Please help us with your valuable advice.

You may need to engage a local counsel to discuss your case who may advise after perusing your documents. Possibly, a civil suit may need to be filed to protect your rights.

Dear Sir / Madam,
The Auditor of the Trust may have highlighted this anomaly in the Audit Report of the Trust. Based on the qualifications in the Audit Report, you can file an injunction in the Mumbai High Court.
