Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Please help in understanding why a person who is living in Goa needs a Portugese citizenship to enter certain foreign countries.
I have a valid Indian Passport. Can I go to US without a Portugese passport?

Dear Sir / Madam,
An Indian citizen residing in Goa does not need a Portuguese citizenship to visit any country overseas ... i.e outside India.
Yes, you can visit the US with your valid Indian Passport.
