Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

My unmarried uncle did a registered will in 23-11-1998 and died in 28-01-1999. In his will he has bank balance and a undivided land share in the name of my cousin. But no one of our family member, friends or near relative are witness in that will. My cousin did the will in the name of his self by force to my uncle.
But before registered the will my unmarried uncle was done a power of attorney in the name of my mother in 19-07-1998 for operate his bank accounts and property related suits, which was cancelled by him after 14 days. But my cousin was the witness in that power of attorney.
Now, please advice me how could I cancel this will? The will did not probed till date.
