In an unpartition zamin numerous private properties located in tamil nadu [now the property vested with court of ward] Zamindar write a relinquished deed in favour of second wife son My father. My father activities is not satisfied any option in mean time My father file a writ pettion in court to hand over the private property now vested with court of wards my father activity is not satisfied to me.Any option to i file a pettion to court to hand over the property to me.My grand father write a rwliquishment deed in favour of second rani son my father.My grand father write a reliquishment because of mis management of his fist wife son so he hand over the property to court of ward In the point my father do step aginst to me or i use the point aginst to my father any optition in law pls suggest to me
