Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Ours us a unregistered apartment consisting of 8 flats.Three out of 8 flats.who are office bearers occupy the common passage for the past 6 years by parking cars & doing commercial work.Others are scared to question them because they do rowdyism which they showed the same when we attempted to clear them.Now only,we have cleared through court spending huge amount & we are not paying the maintenance because of this for the past one year.How can we recover the amount spent in the court? Pls advise us.How can we recover the amount spent in the court?

i have really not understood the query?? what were the court orders?? did the builder comply with the order?/ how can you recover the litigation from the builder you should have asked for the litigatation expenses in the case itself and the court would have granted you the same.
