A vexatious suit filed by a person for specific performance. in that suit I filed my writtens stement alleging that one Mr.Naveen kishore is the behind person to file the suit by his friend and he is the person who is having earlier suit original agreements are with him and having admitted signaturesof the defendants created a vexatious document filed a specific performance suit in a court of law.The allegations made me in the written statemment agianst Mr. Naveen Kishore will amounts to defamation

During the hearing of the matter, you can plead that Mr. Naveen Kishore be summoned to the Court by the Judge for cross examination.
