Can a widow year(1933)of a joint family gift land to her own brother in 1967

The question not clear but presuming that the land belonged to her husband's forefathers, If she has acquired the land by a testament then yes and if it has devolved on her by succession then she cannot. You may drop in a detailed query at [email protected]
