Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My wife has affairs with 4 men and I have all evidence related with that. I have total three types of evidence. One is all recording of her and her boyfriend, second is her mother letter of advice to her and third is bill detail of her mobile. Should I get divorce. She and her parents are ready fot settlement outside the court but they are asking for 15 lakh rupees. What should I do?

Dear Sir,
I am reminded of the famous business maxim : "No matter how many pails of milk you may lose, don't ever lose the cow." So if your wife is a "cash cow" and if she remains a good means for you to get all your work done through her, it makes good sense retaining her as your legally wedded wife. But if your wife is a total wretch and you do not have any siblings, straightaway move the Court for divorce.
