Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in
Myself and my wife jointly own a flat in a CHS at Maharashtra. My wife is ex High School teacher. She privately teaches IX & X std. students at our flat which is at 5th floor. Out of 80 members, 4-5 members always try to stop the tuitions saying it is a commercial activity . We even asked the students not to use the lift and ensure that they enter and exit in a very discilpined way and no nuisence is created. However, these 4 to 5 members still shout and badly behave with me and sometime even with those kids who come from reputed families.
Please tell me know hoe to deal with ? what are the legal options? Being educated and capable person, can't my wife educate the kids ? I am not misusing any society property. Where from I can get legal advice and who will be the expert in this regard at Mumbai ? I am ready to offer legal fees to the concerned person .
My wife is very much upset for this incident.
