Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Me and my wife has been married for 8 years but due to our relation not working good I started seeing my female friend and became close to her in which we had relations several times we had also taken sum pictures of us (nude) than we went to samaj mandir got married there and took pictures of marriage but all the proves in picture firm are found by my wife and she has taken all pictures with her . All though I found out she too was having a affair for 3years with her boy friend and she goes to his house as he stays alone she smokes drinks she goes to late night parties , now that she has taken my daughter with her to her home I have 6 year old daughter can I have her custody on this case I'm financially stronger than my wife and I'm ready for settlement of maintaince and she stays with her boy friend from morning 1 pm to 8:30 pm and does not take my daughters care and my daughter also wants to be with me .

Dear Sir,

You have a girlfriend and your wife has a boyfriend, so you both have a mutually reciprocal arrangement to live life on your own terms. But all the same, the emotional and financial security of your growing daughter is also very very important. More important than mere custody, you must ensure tthat your daughter is privileged to have the best education, Even though your wife may be just having a fling, she will always love you as her soul mate. She will also protect your daughter and ensure she has the best that life has to offer. So, since you are financially stronger than your wife, you should keep yourself committed to giving your wife the finances for the well being of your daughter, or directly pay your daughter's fees to the school / college.
