My wife is still using name as Monika Khurana as well as Monika Kalra in her two different bank accounts. Please advise if it is legal as before our marriage 6.5 years back, she was Monika Kalra but on April 22, 2004, our marriage, she became Monika Khurana. is it legal or a crime

it is no crime. she may use any surname...whether your or her maiden .
