when you found out about your wifes diasablities why did you not go for annulment of marriage?/

during the first year of the marriage??You were employed when you were married?/ If you had a medical problem and were unable to earn why did you get married??Being unemployed is not a ground to avoid your liablity. however if your wife is educated and earning you may not have to pay the maintenance. but i need to know more facts to advice you further.
