Dear Sir / Madam,
Even though your parents have disassociated with you, and they have given an advertisement in the local newspaper; if you are a legal heir, you have a right in your parents property. You should make your brother(s) and / or sister(s) aware that you too are entitled enjoy a fair share in the property.
Regards,

The parents are entitled to oust a child from their self acquired property but not from ancestral property.
