Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
will made by father of flat purchased in his name and bequeathed it to my younger brother alone. I am aggrieved as though the flat is purchased in the name of my father my mother definately has contribution in the same. she has expired before father. can i challenge the said will on the grounds that the said flat is not self acquired by my father alone.

1) No. U said ur father purchased then self-acquired only. U cant challenge.
