how will the suit for recovery of money be initiated when the limitation period of 3 years has lapsed for 10 days?

Cannot be filed, it would be barred by law of limitation.

All accounting records in India are required to be maintained for a duration of 8 years. So, recovery proceedings can be initiated by the opponent anytime during this period.
