Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
If the will is written by the father whole heartedly for his son by leaving nothing for his three daughters, can we able to put case for the property? He wrote the will by the end of december 2013 and he was expired on 02.02.2014.

Dear Sir / Madam,
For a Will to take effect, the executor named in the Will has to obtain a Probate from the Court for transfer of title in the name of the beneficiaries named in the Will.
