Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
i was a witness in a case and case was summoned to my office but since i have already retired i didn't received the summon and now a non bailable warrant has been issued . I am not medically fit to travel as i am at my maternal father's place . So what should be done in this case as i cant travel because of my medical condition but the warrant has been raised in the court in the city i work . Currently i am not in that city what should be done in this case to avoid traveling

Dear Madam / Sir,
You or your legal attorney will have to submit an application narrating your inability to attend the Court, and submit your reply to the summons issued to you to attend the Court.

an application for cancellation of non bailable warrant can be filed by your lawyer on the basis of your medical reports.
