Dear Sir / Madam,
A woman post her marriage always adopts her husband's surname, irrespective of her religion. In the Marriage Certificate, usually both, the maternal name and the marital name are mentioned therein. Changing her name on the service record to her marital name (husband's surname) is advisable and recommended.
