Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I am women aged 33 , was married in 1999 in Delhi. My brother migrated to Australia in 2005. And is a Australian citizen ) My father passed away in January 2013 leaving 3 properties. 2 in HUF , 1 in his name. My brother says the property will be divided into 5 shares. 1 my late father , 1 my mother , 1 my brother , 1 his son ( who is four months old ) and 1 my fathers wife as our mother had passed away. Then my fathers share will be divided into three me my brother and our fathers wife. I have a question doesn't all the 3 properties be divided into 3. Please reply. Thanks.
