i won a case in the high court .the respondent filed s l p in the apex court.s l p was converted to civil appeal, the judgment also went in my favour .i had filed a contempt in the high court for non implementation high court order .it is pending. is it maintainable?

No, the contempt petition may not be maintainable in the High Court. If the Supreme Court has converted the SLP into a Civil Appeal and finally decided in your favour, contempt will be maintainable only in the Supreme Court. The HC judgement stands "merged" in the final judgement of the Supreme Court.
