Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

I have won an eviction suit in the lower court of U.P.against my landlord who wished to get hold of my 3 shops suggesting his bonafidee need & comparitive hardship since he had been wanting shops to start his business after retiring from abroad was rejected on the grounds that the landlord had concealed his alternate availability of other shops present with him.I AM A TENANT & APPROACHING YOU FOR ADVICE

My landlord has filed a fresh suit against me in the higher court for me to vacate shops.WHAT POINTS OF LAW SHOULD I FOLLOW TO RESTORE MY TENANCY .I ALONG WITH MY FATHER HAVE BEEN A TENANT FROM THE PAST 50 YEARS.PLEASE ADVICE SUITABLY.
