Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I won in lower court.My opponent appealled in higher court.The final decision is pending after the final behes...How can I introduce a very important fact now which is left out??? If I loose here and go to the revenue board then also they wil not admit any new fact?? what can I do??

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, if the case is still open, you may file an Addendum to the Writ Petition mentioning the relevant clause reference and the matter that you wish the Judge hearing the case should take into consideration in your plea.
