Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I worked in a company from july 2011 to dec 2011. when i left the company i didn't resign. i didn't pay the bond too. but knowing the consequence i have want to resign and pay the bond . company is not replying. what should i do what legal instrument do i have?

You may make an appropriate offer and send it through your lawyer.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should defend yourself if the Company initiates any action against you which is quite unlikely since so much time has already gone by.
