Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Hi i am working in a multinational company i wrote some mails to a girl ,i was not aware of that she is having an boyfriend , she never replied to me. After 6 months of time she threaten the organisation that she will leave job if i wrote to her again . She blocked me on intranet and facebook but as a evidence she has started following me on my profile in the internal system. i am trapped by her nd her boyfriend can i get the advice on the above so that i can work towards getting my respect back i can assure you that there was nothing objectionable have been sent by me to her more over i tried to apologies her in some mails of mine . is it possible for me to get the justice
