I was working in co. now I had regine but they are not paying my salary. What should I do?

Dear Sir / Madam,
If you have given proper notice and served the notice period as well, the Company is legally bound to pay you your salary for all the days you have worked in the Company till your last working date. You should issue a letter to the Company marked to your boss and the HR Head to immediately pay your dues within 7 days, failing which, you should lodge an FIR against the HR Manager of the Company in the local Police station. Re-post query if there is no Police action forthcoming within 7 days of your lodging the FIR thereto.
