Legal Question in Technology Law in India
1 month back i was working in some it company name xyz. they are providing software and hardware solution. but currently we are planning to start same type of business.
problem is that we signed NDA which is not having any duration to start simillar type of business so can you guide me how we should start this business if we want to start????

Dear Sir / Madam,
The Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) that you have signed with your Company prohibits you from disclosing any Company information to any third party without their written consent. It is none of the Company's business to decide what you should or should not be doing after you have left the Company. You are free to commence whatever business you wish to start on your own.
