Legal Question in Technology Law in Belgium

I want to build a site that involves Nintendo's Pokmon TGC. The idea is that users on my website can acces a list of every Pokmon card available, and can check the cards they have, this is to have a quick overview of which cards they own/don't own yet.

Do I have the rights to do this? Or will Nintendo shut my website down? This is the only thing that's keeping me from actually building this website.

There are websites like serebii, bulbapedia, pokbeach who also use Pokmon card names and images. Are there any steps I need to take to be able to create the site in question?

Any answers are welcome!

Dear Madam/Sir,

There might be some copyright issue regarding the presentation of the cards, but there are some ways to overcome this.

I would need more info on the actual content, and revenue model behind your site.

You can contact me directly.

Kind regards,
