Legal Question in Technology Law in India
some company claiming to be employment portal is asking to register for a website and taking names of reputed organisation. I got a call from unknown person who claimed to be from "naukricv.com" asking for 15min registeration in later time of the day when I would be online. I agree to it as I am looking for opportunities, now the customer service executive tells me the Infosys has shortlisted me and I need to register on the website www.naukricv.com. can I sue this company naukricv.com who has been taking names of reputed companies to get details of my resume?

It is advisable to simply ignore such requests as most of them are all fake calls.
