Legal Question in Technology Law in India
Dear Sir/Madam,
My friend is a freelancer.He has developed a website for a fashion company.That company has only paid his website fee without paying work fees.Now that company has taken signature from my friend.That company is demanding his money back and threatening my friend to take legal action.Is it possiblle? Is there any problem??What my friend will do?
