Legal Question in Technology Law in India
Hi,
I have developed a mobile app. Suppose its name is "abc". Now a US based company named "abc" has approached me saying that our app name is same as their company's name which is trademarked by them. So, i just wanted to ask what is the maximum legal action they can take against me and what is the solution. I live in India, but my app is available worldwide.

The company can approach the App stores to get the same removed, move a local court for injunction and ask websites to prohibit the content from being available online and file a suit for damages.
