Legal Question in Technology Law in India
we got ecommerce online and list some products for mobile phones lik samsung,nokia we got notice from one of them to pay 50lakh for using their brand incorrectly online.Is that not allowed online and many other website also writes similar but none shows mobile phone parts.We had closed our website .We don't have total of even 1lakh as we are bachelors so what we should do further

Write a letter of apology to them, and also state that you have already stopped the website.
They will ideally not go ahead with threatened action.
