hello, my girlfriend had lodge fir on me with section 292,501,506 IPC and 66A,67 IT ACT. the case is on chandrapur district session lower court and i am from mumbai. so is their any chance to transfer this case from chandrapur(Nagpur) to mumbai court. and what hapen if chargesheet not prepared within 90days by police. and what to do to close or win this case.

the chargesheet not filed in 90 days gives the benefit to a person in custody and not if you are on bail. for transferring the case to mumbai you will have to approach the supreme court. and for merits of the case without perusing the document no advice can be given. contact 9312411481.
