Legal Question in Technology Law in India
I have joined a company in pune but afte 15 days i have left and a joined another company in a different city, but i have sent a email to the old company a medical reason and told them to accept this as a official resignation, but they are insisting me for a medical certificate which i cant provide.
Now they are saying they will send me a lawyer notice... can you help me with information in which way i will be effected by Law and will my new job be in trouble...?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You are legally bound to serve the notice period as specified in your appointment letter which is normally 7 to 15 days from the date of resignation, during the probation period. Anyway, on the other hand, the Company may not have paid you for the 15 days that you worked in the Company for free. So I do not see anyway in which the Company can create any problem. Simply reply to the legal notice if at all, you do receive one from the Company.
