Legal Question in Technology Law in India
I read about Open Wireless Movement at http://openwireless.org/
Is it legal in India? And if I share Wi-Fi connection for free to the public, does the protections for service providers are also protects me for any illegal use of my Wi-Fi network? Or is there any separate procedure that I have to follow before sharing my Wi-Fi? Where I can find more info about this topic?
