Legal Question in Technology Law in India
I run a web design agency, and I found one other competitor like website creates a website listing directory and added our website title/description and a link (kind of profile page there), without our concern,
so is there any way to remove the link from their website or at least any legal steps so that I may take against them?

you have to give legal notice for remove under it act 2000,then go to further step
