Legal Question in Technology Law in India

Hi Sir,

Recently I bought a collection of Software's from the one of magazine publisher.After few days my friend suggest me the same way..we would like to Sell those with adding some more software's and Tutors downloaded from internet.

for selling those PC software's Is there any legal problem when I sell those..If it is illegal ,then where I can get the permission to sell the software's

I think that publisher also downloaded from internet only..

please send me best info from your side sir,

Dear Sir / Madam,

Although not illegal, you will need to abide by the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
