Legal Question in Technology Law in India
Hi ... This is Srinivas , FIR registered under 66-C- Information technology act 2000-2008
I was uploaded few of my companies photos in Facebook without company's permission so that company registered a complaint in the PS. Later on when they came to know it's company's employee they wanted to withdraw the complaint but PS said you can withdraw in the court only.
Some one said it's a non compoundable case so it's not easy to withdraw without courts permission. So pls suggest me how complicate is this ?
Regards,
Srinivas
