Legal Question in Technology Law in India
I have website. when my client login i got their details. whether i can sell the part of that details like mobile no & email id? is it legal?
please guide on the same?

1) NO. NEVER. U should not at all do such illegal and unethical acts lest u will land in serious criminal offences.
2) When such things fall in wrong hands like anti social anti national elements like terrorist groups, money laundering activities, u will life long be jailed for cyber crimes.
