i have 2 months male baby. i am a defense person. i have made marriage with my wife 2012. i am the only source of income of my family. Now my wife want to live with me separately besides my family and making so many problem with my parents to stay in her own house. After her delivery she staying in her own house and reporting so many allegation against of my family to her parents. now i want to divorce her and want to get my child in my own custody. so please help me sir....

sir you cannot get the custody of such a small child. small misunderstanding should not be a ground for divorce. why deprive the lil one the love and care of a father. you both need counselling. keep breaking the marriage as a last resort. We as lawyers can file a divorce petition and advice you to file different cases for the matrimonial dispute but that would not be fair at this juncture. pl contact me at 9312411481.
