Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
I am 75 years old running a Small Medical shop in Calcutta. All the licenses like Drugs, Trade License etc are in my name .Due to my age I find it very difficult to run the shop. I have therefore appointed a trained person in running the medical shop and he now gives me commission on sale . HOWEVER I FEEL THAT SINCE RISK IS INVOLVED IN MEDICINE BUSINESS, WHAT TYPE OF AGREEMENT SHOULD I MAKE WITH THE PERSON TO ENSURE THAT HE RUNS THE SHOP FOLLOWING THE PROVISIONS, RULES AND REGULATIONS OF DRUGS CONTROL AT HIS OWN RISK AND IN CASE OF ANY INCIDENT I AM NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE.

Do the local laws permit such an arrangement?? please check it with the authorities .If they do then are there any documentation needed by them. For further query contact 9312411481.
