Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
I want to buy a property from Mr. X, who had purchased the same from Mr. A. In the sale deed of Mr. X, there is a clause stating that Mr. X cannot further sell the property. Whether such a clause is enforceable if Mr. X sells the property to me?
