after that incident the accused approached the complainant and requested to him to withdraw the above said case .the elders have also advised both of them ..accused issued two post dated cheques...dt 20-06-2011,10-07-2011..its two chequs are bounced .. compliant issue the legal notice ofter 16 days file the ni act another court ... along with memo 15-09-2011 ..legal notice 29-09-2011...
