Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Pakistan

Dear sir,

in a property partition case of property 2209 p.i.b colony karachi that was alloted and mutated in the name of my mother fatima in 1967 by p.i.b colony co operative society karachi.

in 1990 after gifted this property from mrs fatima to her younger son the others members of family aggitating against this gift.

after a long litigation between mrs fatima versus azam.

the advisor to the chief minister has cancelled mutation order that was in the name of mrs fatima.

now in a property partition case of the same property 2209 p.i.b colony in the high court of sindh . the plaintiff is claiming that the property belong to my father and concealing the facts that mother of the plaintiffs was owner of the property from 1967 to 1990 and the plaintiff doesnot mentioned about the cancelation of mutation and allotment by the advisor to the chief minister and doesnot mentioned that mother of the plaintiff have gifted this property to her younger son and saying the cause of action arose from 1966.

my question is that opponent of my mother not took plea about order of advisor to the chief minister and long litigation between plaintiff and respondent.

as a defendant what can i do in this connection in the court.
